Good customer service must not be expensive

The costs for a repair of our technicians in our stores depends on the time effort. We discount in small intervals. 6 minutes cost 5 Euros. But you pay only for one hour. If we are not ready then, it is our problem.

Furthermore we have fixed prices for several services. They can only be altered to your advantage.

*If the operating system should be newly installed after the repair, it costs all in all 40 Euros. The costs for the repair are contained.

You can always watch when our technicians install or repair, clean or check something for you. You can also make an appointment at a fixed time for picking up your repaired or upgraded PC.
